Terms Conditions

The use of Balizones.com web site shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

• Balizones.com is a travel agent which provides services to our customer.
• Balizones.com is not the principal or agent of any vendors.
• Balizones.com will not involved in any claim or dispute or be liable for any losses or damages that may arise in relation to the business process.
• All related inquries shall be referred to the vendors of the relevant goods and services.
• Balizones.com does NOT warrant the accuracy, completeness, suitability or reliability of any information that are listed on the Balizones.com Website.
• Balizones.com has the right to change any information on the website without any notices.
• Balizones.com has the right to revise the terms and conditions without any notices.
• All information on Balizones.com's Website is copyrighted. Any unauthorised use of any information on this website is prohibited by law.
• Late cancelation will be fined at the cost of one night stay.
• Booking shall only be processed after the deposit (amount of one night stay) is received.

Rates
Villa rental rates quoted by Balizones.com, are on a per night basis. Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, with check-out by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Many villa owners require a 7 night minimum stay and sometimes two weeks or longer during the Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year, Easter or Summer holidays.
 
Rates quoted allow for maximum occupancy of the villa as shown on the web site. Additional guests may be subject to a per person, per day surcharge.

NOT INCLUDED / ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Rates do not include baggage handling, gratuities, international telephone, fax and telegram charges, food, soft drinks and/or liquor and wine, personal items and expenses, and any excessive cleaning required upon departure.

RESERVATION & PAYMENTS
Payment of a 35% Rental Deposit together with the completed Guest Reservation Form must be received by Balizones.com before a Confirmation can be issued. Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received by Balizones.com at least 30 days prior to guest arrival (or together with the Reservation Form if booked less than 30 days in advance of arrival). Failure to make the final payment on a timely basis will make reservations subject to automatic cancellation.
 
All rates for accommodation in Bali are quoted in US dollars, however, in case of payment by credit card, local regulations require that all charges are made in Indonesian Rupiah converted at the rate of exchange applied by Indonesian banks for selling US dollars on the day of the debit.
 
Although you may "lose" 2% to 4% because of these currency conversions, payment by credit card gives you valuable safeguards: in the unlikely case that anything should go wrong and you have a justified claim, you can always request a refund through your credit card company.

CHANGE OF BOOKING
A US$50 administration fee will be charged by Balizones.com for any change of booking after a Confirmation has been issued. Changes cannot be made later than 45 days before arrival, and acceptance of any change is subject to approval by the villa's owner.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellation of a booking at any time may result in forfeiture of deposit's and payments made. Refund of monies paid for villa rental and services will be made only under the following circumstances:
 
1.) The villa becomes unfit for habitation and no equivalent replacement villa can be obtained. This qualifies for a 100% refund;
 
2.) The villa is re-booked by another party for the period of the initial booking. If only a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rata refund will be made. Any rental payments which qualify for a refund, whether in whole or pro-rata, will be subject to a deduction of a 15% administration fee.

LIABILITY
Balizones.com acts only as agent for the villa owners, suppliers and/or contractors who are providing accommodation, transport, and services. Under no circumstances shall Balizones.com be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim or injury either directly or indirectly, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred, whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or accommodations as described or substituted, or by reason of terrorist or military action, riots, revolution, insurgency, civil war, adverse government action or inaction or acts of God, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or accommodations herein or as substituted. If any accommodations and/or services are substituted, Balizones.com will act at all times in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to or better than those originally contracted. Balizones.com at their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services.
